💬 Communication Policy
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for responses to inquiries via email or DM.
Training and business hours are typically Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

All students are responsible for following the safety instructions provided during training. The instructor is not liable for any injury, equipment misuse, or damage resulting from improper handling after completion of the course.
Permanent jewelry involves the use of electrical equipment and should only be performed by trained professionals.
📦 No Refund Policy
All sales and training enrollments are final. Due to the digital nature of course materials, access to exclusive resources, and preparation of class kits, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once payment has been submitted.
If you cannot attend your scheduled training date, you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
⚙️ Machine Replacement Policy
All permanent jewelry machines provided through training are purchased by the instructor on behalf of the student from third-party retailers such as Amazon.
Because of this, each machine includes a 2-week replacement window from the date of training class.
Replacements will only be issued if:
- The machine completely stops functioning (no spark, no power, or fails entirely.
- The issue is reported within 14 days of training.
- Troubleshooting steps have been completed and verified by the instructor.
Minor issues such as occasional delay, inconsistent spark, or normal operational lag, and large sparks are common with entry-level machines and do not qualify for replacement.
After the 2-week window, the instructor is unable to provide replacements. Any warranty or exchange inquiries must be directed to Amazon or the original seller, following their return and warranty policies.
